Movement is becoming slow right snow, for visibility is low, meaning those either travel risking their lives or stay stranded where they are, till the storm clears. Once clean the blizzard has dropped in areas anywhere from one foot to 6 feet of snow. Breeding- No Foaling- No Change- November 7th, 2009 to Spring
